Shenpen, meaning “helping others”, is a contact point for advice and information for Tibetans. We translate, write letters and assist with administrative issues. Shenpen is not only a contact point for information but should also involve interesting encounters and stimulating conversations.
Consultation hours are Mondays (except public holidays) from 18:15 to 20:00 at the TYAE Association office. No registration is necessary. In order to enable more efficient advice, we would be grateful if you could contact us in advance via e-mail or WhatsApp. Please also keep in mind to bring all relevant documents with you. The consultation at Shenpen is free of charge.
From Tuesday to Friday we are happy to receive your requests in writing via e-mail or WhatsApp. Voice messages are also possible.
